Calling all San Francisco neighborhood groups!
We're excited to partner with you on San Francisco's second-ever Good Neighbor Week, happening Sept 26–Oct 4, 2026! This new citywide celebration encourages simple acts of kindness and community connection. We’re inviting neighborhood groups to participate by helping spread the word, promoting Good Neighbor Award nominations, and celebrating local nominees. It’s an easy, meaningful way to uplift your community and join in the fun!
Participating neighborhood groups will be featured on our website and social media, and we’ll help promote any public events during Good Neighbor Week (Sept 26–Oct 4). You’ll also be included in future plans to grow the celebration in 2027 and beyond!

In mid-September, we’ll send you a list of your local nominees.
You decide how to celebrate them. Whether by giving them a shoutout in your newsletter or celebrating at one of your upcoming events.Local gifts are welcome as a thoughtful thank-you to nominees!
